I was quoted a fair price and given finance options if we chose to go that route. Once we were ready I was contacted by Noah, the project manager and advised of the planned install date. "Chase came out for an inspection, saw that this was going to be a challenging job and an awkward roof, he was straightforward. The crew came out and did a great job and cleaned up well. The job ended on Friday, Chase came out Monday to once again sweep for nails. He mentioned that he was going to pay special attention on his second sweep to areas where kids play. He also noticed something on his return visit that wasn't even on the roof and apologized for missing it and recommended one of his guys to repair it saying it would make the house much more efficient but that if I went through his worker directly I could save quite a bit of money by not going through the company. Whenever anything came up on the job he called me right away and let me know what was going on and with one of the issues he didn't even charge me, just covered it saying he should have noticed it on his inspection."
