“Marshall was very professional very helpful and I would’ve used his business, but I had already decided on a company that was going to do some construction work for me as well. Very courteous very knowledgeable.”

“Exceptional quality and top tier workmanship! We couldn't be more impressed with the job that Valor Roofing did on our roof replacement. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. The finished roof looks fantastic. Valor Roofing proved they care about doing the job right. If you need a new roof, definitely call Valor Roofing!!”

“I am very happy with my roof done by Valor roofing. The man did a wonderful job and a great clean-up.”

“My experience with Valor Roofing was exceptional and very delightful. From the beginning with salesperson Marshall through the end with the hands on attention of the owner Chase, everything was very professional and they were all kind and cared about my needs. My roof looks great! I would recommend them with no concerns. I like that Chase is a better two.”

“We recently had our roof replaced by Valor Roofing, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Chase and his crew were absolute professionals—super communicative, kept us in the loop the entire time, and did an amazing job with the cleanup afterwards. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work. Five stars all around!”

“Excellent experience. Showed up on time, quality work, and left our property cleaner than when they arrived.”

“Fantastic job by Valor Roofing! Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. You don’t get many honest contractors in this area these days but Valor Roofing is definitely one of the few that aren’t out to break the bank. Marshall made sure we were taken care of and was never pushy about the process. I highly recommend them for your roof or gutter replacement!”

“Very thorough. Very professional. Identified the problem that several other roofers had not been able to fix and solved the problem. Would highly recommend.”

“Valor roofing delivered! Great customer service and professional work. Very satisfied and happy. I have not had good luck in the past with contractors. From the initial consultation to the final walk thru, Chase and Daniel were available for any questions. They did the job right the first time with no rework needed. I truly appreciate their friendliness and professional attitude. I highly recommend Valor. My project was larger than just a roof job. They removed the existing roof, siding and skirting. In addition, they replaced all the windows. They basically renovated the exterior of this 90s clayton trailer. Excellent work.”

“You guys should double the number of stars. I am assuming Noah Spivey is the job foreman. Regardless, he did a fantastic job keeping the job going. Very professional and motivated for his age. Grade A young man. Kept me informed about how the job was progressing throughout the day. Our roof replacement was not straight forward once the old roof was removed due to shoddy, at best, workmanship by the previous home owners choice of roofing company. No fault of theirs. Clearly taken advantage of. Valor spent close to half a day making necessary repairs which put them behind. Regardless, their picked up their pace, called in a second crew and worked to put the house in the dry before dark. Incredible effort especially in this day and age. All of the men worked hard from the jump. My wife was concerned they hadn't had enough to eat and ordered them pizzas for which they expressed they gratitude repeatedly. I would recommend VALOR for any roofing need you may have. GOOD old fashioned American work ethic and pride in their workmanship. Michael Light Knoxville, TN”

“Excellent company, professional and detailed roof installation. Looks great!”

“We had an excellent experience with Valor Roofing! Chase Beickel was honest, reliable, professional, and truly cared about our project. He understood how important it was to get our farmhouse "in the dry" so construction could continue, and he made it happen. He also helped us choose the perfect shingle color for our modern farmhouse, and the roof looks amazing. As a veteran, Chase brings integrity and a strong work ethic to his business, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and his community. We were so impressed with the quality of their work that we'll definitely be using Valor Roofing again for the new additions to our home. We highly recommend Chase and his team! ⭐”

“Excellent communication, work ethic and outstanding completion of my roof. Highly recommend Valor.”

“Great communication during the entire process from estimate to finish. Crew worked hard and finished in one day. The roof not only looks amazing but we are confident that the quality will last us years to come.”

“Chase with Valor came out and did an inspection of the roof. He found that we still had a few years left before a full replacement would be necessary, but addressed the leaks we had in one area, then made some recommendations for the future. Rather than cashing in on a replacement that we didn’t need right away, he was honest with us. We know who we will be using when we do need a replacement in the future. Cannot recommend this company enough!”

“These guys do awesome work! Make sure you ask Marshall!”

“Highly recommend! I normally don't leave a lot of reviews, but I was overly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail & of course Veteran owned & operated!”

“Our roof was 20 years old and we knew we needed to act. We reached out to our builder who advised prior roofer retired. He referred us to Valor but we also intervied other companies. Valor offered us a competitive price on a superior roofing system backed by both material and labor warranties and great financing. The job was completed in a day and a half including thorough cleanup. It was a bonus to us to be able to support a veteran owned company. The new roof looks great and we are super satisfied.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Valor Knoxville Roofing from start to finish. Marshall, our sales representative, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer every question we had without ever making us feel pressured. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything easy to understand. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Marshall went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The entire team was professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Valor Knoxville Roofing.”

“Outstanding company. Very efficient and responsive. The attention to detail and personal interaction is impressive!”

“I would like to simply say this was the best experience I could have hoped for. The workers were very professional and courteous throughout the job. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. I hope you can continue to set the high standards that you showed during the job you accomplished at my home. Again, thank you.”

“Marshall was fast, professional, and gave me a competitive quote. I ultimately did not go with them for different reasons so I can't speak to final results, but I was sincerely impressed with them enough to leave a good review. I would recommend them to others and consider them strongly in the future.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Valor Roofing. The entire experience was very positive from the initial appointment to the installation/final inspection. Chase Beickel and his team were very personable and professional. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend this roofing company to anyone else looking to replace their roof.”

“Marshall is awesome! This company seems to really value their customers and provide exceptional customer service as well as top notch materials! Also wonderful that they recognize and appreciate service fields by offering some discounts!”

“Valor Knoxville Roofing Company was exactly what I needed for a recent roof repair. From the moment they arrived to the final cleanup, the team was honest, professional and extremely efficient, and they kept the price reasonable throughout. Their reliability gave me confidence, and the whole process felt seamless – I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor.”

“Just a great experience. Professional staff and a great product. We did our research and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Valor and a big thanks to the Team.”

“I recently hired Valor Knoxville Roofing Company for a roof repair and was impressed by how honest, professional, reasonable, reliable and efficient they were. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough the team arrived on time, explained the work clearly and completed everything quickly and cleanly. The pricing was fair and there were no hidden surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a roofing contractor or roof repair near me.”

“Valor Roofing did An Outstanding Roofing Work on Replacing Our Old Roof With A New Roof and Valor Roofing Tries As Much As Possible To Keep The Price As Low As They Can To Keep it Reasonable for Their Customer As well as keeping it Personal and We Thank Them for Their Work .”

“Absolutely loved doing business with Valor Roofing. From the roof inspection and estimate, Daniel was a pleasure to work with. I was quoted a fair price and given finance options if we chose to go that route. Once we were ready I was contacted by Noah, the project manager and advised of the planned install date. When the crew showed up, they covered all the landscaping around the house and moved items that were up against the house to keep from damaging them with the tear off. Noah text me with photos of the progress during the day. They were able to complete the job in one day which was a relief. Once they finished they cleans up all of the debris and moved everything back in its place. Other than a great looking new roof, you would never know they were there. I highly recommend Valor Roofing! Thanks to Chase, Daniel, Noah, and the hard working crew, we have a great new roof that should last a long time!”

“What more can I say 5 stars across the board.”

“Valor Roofing was honest, professional and extremely reasonable. They arrived on time, completed the roof repair efficiently and left the site clean. I highly recommend this roofing contractor for anyone needing reliable and affordable service. Their customer service and professionalism are the reasons I choose them over others and that was 100% the right decision. This is why all their reviews are 5 star!”

“Excellent job done, would recommend”

“Chase came out for an inspection, saw that this was going to be a challenging job and an awkward roof, he was straightforward. The crew came out and did a great job and cleaned up well. The job ended on Friday, Chase came out Monday to once again sweep for nails. He mentioned that he was going to pay special attention on his second sweep to areas where kids play. He also noticed something on his return visit that wasn't even on the roof and apologized for missing it and recommended one of his guys to repair it saying it would make the house much more efficient but that if I went through his worker directly I could save quite a bit of money by not going through the company. Whenever anything came up on the job he called me right away and let me know what was going on and with one of the issues he didn't even charge me, just covered it saying he should have noticed it on his inspection.”

“Best in the business great work ,affordable, and honest. These guys work extremely hard for there customers. Highly recommend!!!!!!A+++++±++++”

“I don't praise very often. But, this was one of THE best experiences I've had regarding a stressful situation. A roof is an investment and there is a lot to consider. Dealing with Valor Roofing made the decision easier and after seeing the quality of work it was a relief knowing it was done right. From the owner, to the agent, to the project manager and his team, I felt confident the whole way through the process.”

“this is a fantastic company they are fully focused on customerservice and making sure that every concern is immediately addressed Great people to work with and I’m very very pleased I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repair”

“Excellent communication and very quick response. Will definitely use again!”

“Extremely professional – quality materials - they do what they say and they stand behind their work. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. It was a 2-day job completed on time -no surprises! Chase is a veteran and it was a privilege to do business with him. He is a great guy!”

“Everyone was so nice, the job was completed and looks great.”

“Their crew was very focused on the details and keeping things cleaned up. We actually had them doing the roof work on two separate houses and when they finished and left the whole area was clean and the roof looked great.”

“Valor roofing has proven to be the best company i could have possibly chosen. I had quotes from other companies consisting of high pressure sales, manipulative talk, extremely overinflated prices that left me very frustrated and truthfully, angry with the process. I saw the commercial for Valor roofing on Facebook that led me watch the reel several times looking for red flags, but, I did not find one. I called and spoke with the owner, Chase, whom put my mind at ease quickly after I briefed him of my experiences thus far. His associate called promptly and made an inspection appt with time to discuss my wants and needs with this project. He was kind, genuine, completely understand his product and explained in detail what warranties, materials, costs and options I had. This was done simply and easily as it should be with the utmost respect and ZERO pressure. Valor's price quote was the best I could find that included STANDARD ice/ snow guard in all appropriate places and high quality materials that were considered upgrades from their competitors. The project Foreman was conscientious, smart, kind and fully invested in this project being a success and will not accept anything less. You will also receive pictures of work progress so you see exactly what's being done with your project. The crew swept the lawn, landscape and driveway multiple times for nails while cleaning up debris. The owner completed the project by emailing all documents of warranties, photos, receipts, etc and he also made sure the job met his critiquing standards. I have attached photos of their amazing work. If you need the best company available to roof your investment, CALL VALOR ROOFING LLC. You will not be disappointed.”

“The crew at Valor roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They were professional and very respectful to the property. Once the job was done, I never knew they were there. I would highly recommend them.”

“They started at 7:30am and were finished by 5:00pm, gutters were added to the job and they were finished by 7:30pm, the entire crew did an excellent job and did a perfect job cleaning up, my roof looks great!”

“Valor Roofing was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. They have excellent communication and customer service, from Daniel who inspected the roof, to the men working on the roof, to Noah who came out for final inspection, and to Chase, the owner; they were all exceptional. Their pricing was very competitive, they honor military and first responders and they love God. What more could you ask for? Thank you for working with us, for getting our roof on so quickly, and for working with excellence. It was a joy doing business with y’all. God bless!!”

“We recently had our roof replaced by Valor Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We spent a lot of time researching different roofing companies before making a decision, and Valor Roofing really stood out to us. Daniel came out to inspect our roof and explain what we were dealing with. He was very professional and never pressured us—he simply laid out our options and answered our questions. Initially, we thought we would just repair the roof, and he even sent another team out to provide a repair quote. After considering everything, we decided it was best to go ahead and replace the entire roof. Daniel and Chase made the whole process seamless from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job, and they made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. Because it was a windy day during the installation, they even checked our neighbors’ yards to make sure no debris had blown over. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work that was done. I would absolutely recommend Valor Roofing—10/10! Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. ⭐️🏠🔨”

“Highly recommend having these guys come out. Sales, service and communication during the process were seamless and our new roof and gutters look amazing! Chase was always so willing to answer any questions I had, and Noah kept us updated the whole time. Daniel, thank you for coming in and being so knowledgeable about the product and process! He's an asset!”

“Super nice looking roof looks improved the look. Of the house super clean up me left nothing in the yard left cleaner than when dtartted”

“Valor Roofing, LLC were easy to work with from the start. No pressure informative sales presentation, exacting attention to details and my concerns during the install, to a thorough clean up afterwards leads me to recommend them without reservation.”

“They came out did the inspection, show me their product gave me a price wasn't pushy. I found another company was a few hundred dollars cheaper, and retrospect should have used these guys.”

“After a tree fell on our house we collected six quotes on fixing the damage and replacing our siding and gutters while we’re there. Valor come in over ten thousand dollars better than the other quotes. Their professional work ethic, attention to detail, punctuality and care was unbelievable. They fought for us and got us more insurance assistance than we could believe because they found damage that others had missed. They were within their quote when finished and I still haven’t found a nail. Daniel and Chase were awesome to work with, no nonsense or shady numbers, just a veteran owned company out doing the right thing at a right price. Valor Roofing is the best.”

“Fantastic experience, very thorough, fast accurate work, polite staff, super professional, not a pushy sales job, extremely competitive pricing and the military discount really helps too.”

“We were so impressed with the professional workmanship of not only the owner, but all of the workers that showed up to do the job. The job went smoothly and quickly from initial free estimate appointment to getting the supplies delivered to getting the job completed and cleaned up. Our roof looks beautiful. We couldn’t have chosen a better roofing company for our new roof. Come on rain, we’re covered!!! 😊”

“I’m not one to promote businesses because my experience may not be the same as others. However, I needed to get my roof replaced and this company went above and beyond. Chase with Valor Roofing LLC did every single thing he said he was going to do. Showed up when he said and finished on time. He made sure the job was done correctly and up to my standards. If you need a new roof or a replacement, you won’t be disappointed with them.”
